My first visit to Elements, and on the strength of my experience, I will definitely visit again. The staff were welcoming, and were happy to talk through my ideas whilst giving advice based on their knowledge. I loved the Aveeda products they used on my hair, and there was no hard sell of these.
I had a head massage before my hair wash, and a hand massage following my cut, both free (and fabulous). My cut was great, and the lovely Emily was both friendly and knowledgable. All in all, I felt completely pampered and looked after. Thanks 'Elements' - I will be back soon!
