Very rude. Ended up leaving because they were so frosty. They seemed astounded and insulted that I had actually booked an appointment, and kept making me move chairs in the waiting area. Terrible experience

Had a pretty bad experience. The nail technician got very annoyed at me for moving my hand away at the wrong time and patronisingly explained like I was a child when to move my hand. In addition, the buffing and filing of the nails was rough and pain

On Saturday I sent a message to Elegant nails on instagram: Hi, I had an appointment on the 14th of July for these biab nails. I had crome done on them but unfortunately the crome has peeled off over the last two days to the point where the crome has now come off on both hands.
Apart from this i found the staff nice even though it was my first appointment.
