Worst pedicure I’ve had, they were running late, rushed and did the spa pedicure in 25 mins. Didn’t get rid of any hard skin and were really haphazard with the tools (didn’t even see them clean these between customers). Strong recommendation NOT to go here, dirty, old nail polish and terrible customer service.
My pedicure was fine, if a bit too rough. But the young man who painted my toes got polish on the skin around several toes and I had to ask him to wipe it off. He also did my extensions. They were far too long. I asked 3 times to shorten them but he only cut one nail.I had to ask someone to help with my shoes. I even said then they are too long, and everyone laughed. No one was listening. I got very frustrated. I had to pay elsewhere to get them cut down. I won't be back.
The pedicure was very bad and painful. I have tried multiple nail salons for pedicures, and this was by far the worst. Firstly, I still had dry skin on my heels after I left, even though I had mentioned it to them before the pedicure. Secondly, it was painful; they yanked my skin, and now I have a red and swollen toe. I hope it is not infected. The only positive thing was that the lady, who wasn't doing pedicures, was very lovely.
The staff member who I had a appointment with seemed in a rush and wasn't happy when I had a complaint about the design being wrong on the thumb and didn't seem happy when I asked her to do again.

I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent appointment at your salon.
I booked my appointment through Treatwell as it was convenient and allowed me to pay online in advance. Upon arriving at the salon and informing staff that I had booked online, I was repeatedly questioned about my booking and payment despite having already paid through the system provided by your business.
