The staff were really nice. They offered myself and my partner a cup of coffee, they let him sit whilst I was getting my nails done. The whole experience was lovely.

Old acrylics were soaked off and then cut down with clippers. Lots of raggedy edges. No filing, no removal of residue from my fingers, no cuticle trimming, no antibacterial spray. Just painted on sealer. The tips went on and to be fair the acrylic was done well. The coloured gel was carelessly applied with the edges not covered.
The night after ...pain from glue or excess acrylic that hadn't been filed properly. Two days later my nail is bleeding because a sharp edge has broken my skin. :(
