My first time doing anything gel or sns related. Was really happy with how they looked and only saw the first signs of slight chipping after a month. Highly recommend. The process of taking them off also seems to be much less harsh than gels from what I can tell

The hygiene was inadequate. The tools were not clean, and not sterilised between customers. The male therapist had cracked and bleeding hands - neither therapist wore gloves. The gel manicure itself was rushed and messy, and three nails have badly chipped less than a week after. I do not like leaving bad reviews, but I feel obliged to given that I have now had to book elsewhere to have them redone. The therapists were friendly and not rude, but this alone isn't enough.
