I’ve been to this salon a few times and couple are friendly as well as accommodating. I’d booked my appointment with Quinn but Tonny did my nails as she was with another client. He roughly filed my nails and, hastily, added the acrylic then nail-polish. I was willing to upgrade to shellac but didn’t feel that the service was worth the extra spend.

Waited an hour after booking, pedicures and manicure separately. French manicure doesn’t look classy. Have chosen not to attend again.

I LOVED having my nails done at elegant nails previously. However, now, i will never return. They have a fairly new recruit and since they have started the atmosphere has been awful. She seems to essentially pick a fight with any customer that walks through the door. She makes people feel incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome. She’s also very rough with your nails and will not listen to your concerns. Such a shame as the other two were amazing. I will miss them doing my nails :(
