This place was somewhat of an oddity, not a very calming environment when they've got so many services crammed into a tiny space with paper thin walls that you can hear conversations in the rooms adjacent and somewhere there sounded like a king fu movie was on!
I entered my massage room to find a member of staff eating her lunch, who had to be asked to swiftly vacate it, but had left food and crumbs on the floor, chair and sink.
The masseuse didn't ask about how I wanted the massage either in terms of areas of focus or pressure, which is a massive warning sign for me. And I didn't get offered any water at the end unlike other people in other rooms (because I could hear this through the thin walls).
It was all a bit shabby and unwelcoming too! Choose your chair in the tiny cramped reception well... Some of the seats are falling through! I wouldn't return when there's more professional places for a few pounds more close by.
