went back after a few years and was happy to see the place a bit spruced up. It still smells a lot of bleach and chemicals from the hair salon. The place is noisy but the skills of the masseuse Mei were good and she was pleasant. The reception staff were accomodating and helpful.

The massage was good but I expected a relaxing massage with essential oils from the start and I had a different one for the first 5-10 min. The massasseuse was very nice but I think she expected me to have a conversation with her during the massage and I just wanted to relax and listen to relaxing music. Instead there was none, but I could hear the salsa music of neighbours! Overall, it was a good experience and I will be back

shampoo and conditioner was not branded and came out of 5l bottles … shampoo looked like washing up liquid.
sinks and chairs very tatty and uncomfortable.
did not even give me a gown
no offer of a drink.
blow dry … two people did it didn't do what I asked.
hair felt awful … due to bad products.
