The ambience is terrible and not really relaxing. The Massage itself wasn't beneficial for me. As I did say I had a bad shoulder and wanted that worked on, but it wasn't really taken into account by the masseur and she just did whatever really.

The massage is a great value for money. Alice who done the treatment is amazing and can find all pressure points and easy off the pain. The appointment was delayed by 10 mins but I didn't mind waiting. The massage lasted for the whole time and it was very relaxing. The room and ambience aren't the best but this isn't a typical spa place. I would recommend- great value for money and very good massage

Great DT masssage, there was walking on my back (unexpectedly good), stretching, like a combination of Thai and various others I've had before. Not always entirely comfortable but felt much better after - highly recommend!

No frills, but exactly what I needed. Knots in my back are long gone, and whilst most would complain about the focus on legs I did leg-day yesterday so I was more than happy to finally give my muscles a little relief!
