The salon was clean and the staff were welcoming. I had a bad haircut the last time my hair was cut (different salon) and at Ela’s I felt listened to and understood, I wanted to keep my length but grow out the bad bits the previous person had cut and the hairdressser at Ela’s today really assured me and listened to what I wanted and gave me the best haircut to get rid of the unhealthy hair but still allow it to grow. I would definitely come again
