Ela is a lovely person and a great hairdresser, very detail-oriented, taking lots of care with my bob to make it really precise and neat. She's also honest and gives her opinion about what will look best.

I went to have my blonde balayage touched up as it has grown out quite a lot. The hairdresser put the highlights in my hair and it look okay. Then they put toner on. They claimed it was the same toner they used on me before. Result? My hair came out dark brown with a red sheen. No blonde in sight. It looks so bad I went home and cried. They had the audacity to offer me just 20% off for the mess they made.
