Excellent and professional service from Ellis. I use sports massages for preventive and recovery purposes and after a good consolation Ellis massaged all the areas of concern along with giving recommendations for further exercise and recovery stretches. Highly recommended and one of the best sports massages I’ve ever had.
Ellis is a very approachable easy going individual who is easy to get along with. There was no tension on initial introduction with Ellis immediately making me feel welcome and at ease. Ellis has very good knowledge of the body and its functions and is able to pinpoint and develop treatment based on your personal needs. Ellis is always introducing me to new and improved ways of keeping my body fit and healthy to perform at my best in sporting situations. This can be via treatment methods or through individual programs to meet your desired outcome. I always feel refreshed and confident in my next steps when my appointment with Ellis has finished. Ellis is always quick to respond to messages and tries to fit you in at the best convenience even if that means having a late evening session. I would and have recommended Ellis to family, colleagues, team mates and friends as I am very pleased with the service I have received.
