Unfortunately this place has lost a regular customer. Getting charged extra for a service I did not book is just unacceptable. Bookings should be checked properly before starting on a client. I payed over £50 for a manicure that I could have paid half the price for down the road. Also, my previous gel started peeling after just 3 days and I didn’t come back and complain. I will not be returning.
