Disappointed with how my manicure came out the space between the cuticle and where the polish ends is a joke they may as well have painted half the nail. I also had a pedicure and asked for the colour to match my hands, however they are two completely different shades of pink one really light and one really dark. Offered two people refreshments in front of me and were super friendly towards them but didn’t ask me. Then the manager proceeded to argue with a customer that didn’t like her nails and wanted them removed, he refused to remove her acrylics that they had done poorly just like they done my nails poorly. Way too expensive for the awful service and the blatant being nicer to richer looking people attitude that they have.

Usually so good but my gels seemed rushed because I opted out of the full manicure treatment, my nails are all different lengths and I’ve had to pay to get them redone elsewhere.
