This used to be nice salon, but quality has dropped so badly. I walked out with wonky shellac , painter outside the lines.. awful.

Horrible ambiance and service, the manicurist used an electric file and I had warned her that I’ve never had one be used before to remove gel as I have weak / brittle nails and that I’d prefer the normal way but she told me it was just going to be on the surface and very little. I now have a damaged nail because of it. A scratch that I’m not sure will go away. Aside from that, terrible attitude by the remaining staff in getting me water, Wi-Fi details etc. extremely nonchalant and inhospitable. Definitely better places to visit at this price point compared to this salon.

Had an express sheelac change of colour, which took an hour. The person doing them changed 3 times, had to remind them to file one of my hands. And now, not even a week later, one of the nails already fell off. Don’t recommend, there are places in Notting Hill where you would be treated better and the quality of the treatment will be much higher quality.
