Great nail technician, very happy with nails.
Was asked to pay an extra £29 afterwards, as no one had advised me that my pre-paid booking was just for nail varnish and not gel. This should have been communicated to me at the outset, as I would have been happy to choose normal nail varnish.

As a semi regular customer the eyebrow experience was amazing as usual as I have been treated by her for close to 18 months. She is great. However the nail experience was poor as my technician took three phone calls during this time. It was not attentive and I had to ask for removal in parts. It was disappointing as a semi regular customer and don’t think I’ll come back now.
