The whole experience was very average. They changed the person doing my nails in the middle of the appointment, without any handover. And I had to tell the new one what was done and what wasn’t.
Their diary was overall mismanaged, they had taken on more than they could handle.
The ambience was average, very tight space to sit for a manicure. No massage chairs while you sit for the pedicure
