Disappointing experience. Booked for 1pm and was not seen until 1.35pm with no one acknowledging that they were running late. Just ignored until they had time. Then when I went to leave had two members of staff suggest I was walking out without paying when I had paid in advance. It is a nice pedicure though. Just a long wait!

I have to leave this review to warn others - if you prepay, without telling you the salon will cancel when you arrive so that you pay directly with them, so I've now been charged twice. Can't contact Treatwell for a refund as it's an automated chat - shocking

I’m always happy with my treatments here but on my last visit I did not find the staff to be particularly welcoming. I had to tell them my name and what I’d booked for about 4 times before my treatment began, and my treatment then felt quite rushed.
