I had an appointment for 12 which was then changed to 1:15. I had a manicure done and then was told my pedicure would commence in 5 minutes. I was then left there for 25 minutes without any update, so I just got up. The whole appointment ended up being well over an hour, after already being delayed. Appreciate it is a small place and it was lunchtime, but would have understood if they had said upfront this would be the situation, particularly as I was pressed for time due to all the delays.

For my first experience using Eighty-8 nail studio; I found it to be a very busy and clean environment with helpful and kind staff, who are willing to consult with you to get the best effect based from their professional perspective, whilst you relax in their comfy chairs. I will be returning! 😊

Not amazing at getting all the hard skin off feet. Have been to places that are much more meticulous here. Manicure was fine but chipped in the week and lots of broken edges after a week
