I booked an IBX treatment and classic manicure. The IBX treatment was supposed to be applied twice but the nail technician only applied it once. The manicure was aweful and my nails are all unevenly filed and the polish chipped! Never coming back!

I’ve been to 50+ nail appointments and this was less than ideal. The atmosphere is lovely but the quality of the gel was not that good - loose edges in 2 fingers within 30 hours. And the passive aggressive attitude when customers ask very fair Qs.
