I booked a one-hour BIAB appointment but ended up being there for over two hours. This was my first visit and I won’t be returning. The customer service was very poor—the technician left in the middle of my appointment to work on someone else’s nails, leaving me waiting for a long time. The final result was disappointing: the nail color is uneven and the finish is lumpy. I wouldn’t recommend this salon!
