Lovely manicure! There was a bit of commotion as water overflowed from a pedicure chair and started dripping through the ceiling to the hair salon downstairs. It meant that the lovely guy who was doing my nails had to leave me to tend to the issue. It added a bit of time to my appointment but sh.. happens! Overall very happy.

I was a initially a little taken aback when I arrived as the woman who I first met pretty much ignored me and when I asked told me to take a seat.
However, my actual treatments were not done by her, but rather by two lovely Asian staff who were courteous, efficient and good at what they were doing. I am very happy with my nails, thanks to them!
