Not only did the salon appear unclean, but I also felt that I wasn’t treated equally to other clients;including my friend, who paid the same amount for the same treatment. While she received a more thorough service that included the use of an electric file, buffing, and a shine finish, I was only given a rushed colour application.
I also noticed that other clients were provided with proper towels and napkins, while I was given a dirty piece of green wood to rest my hands on. Rude lady desk

Very poor experience. The lady who is normally at the desk and run the place today was clearly on a rush what I thought would be an express treatment ended up being an hour treatment for poor polish and colour. Out of an hour, 15’ were dedicated both hands and feet (instead of 15’ each with one person) and 45’ of wait as she was taking bookings and doing other jobs. It was two of us and we both agree, dirty place, poor service and quality. Not worth your time or money
