Unprofessional staff. There is a language and communication issue here. The chap with the hand tattoo did my manicure. The process was incredibly slow but he still lacked attention to detail. My nails were filed unevenly. I had to ask him to correct this, he should have seen this and did it without prompt. I then had to remind him that I had paid for a full manicure after he tried to fob me off. Lack of skill. Gel application was uneven and 4 days later one nail is already coming off. Awful.
