Once again, very pleased with my experience here. I am a regular, and I can honestly say that although other nail salons in Clapham etc. may be cheaper, I have not found a place with this level of CONSISTENT customer service. Not to mention, long lasting nails, clean and calm environment.

The staff is nice but I didn’t really like the pedicure/ manicure service. They spent more time scrubbing my feet than actually cleaning cuticles and cleaning the nails which is the main thing to me. I did a express manicure which didn’t include cutting the cuticles, found it overpriced for just shaping and polishing.

I got SNS nails but since they didn't have many colours to choose from they recommend getting neutral powder with shellac on top which was great. It lasted well for 3 weeks and I only removed them because of the regrowth. Though one peeled off 2 weeks in. I went to get that one reapplied and the technician smartened up all of my nails for no extra charge!
