Very friendly and welcoming but experience was not good; I left bleeding from two fingers, a toe and my heel. The actual treatment was painful to torture. The technician was way too harsh. I was told my skin was sensitive, however, having had manicures and pedicures for the past 10 years, having sensitive skin has never been an issue before.
