Overall experience felt really rushed. If you book soak off, be aware it’s not a soak off - they will use the electric tools to remove your old gels. Very uncomfortable and heavy handed. She cut me whilst trimming my cuticles, didn’t tell me and when I got home I had bled through my socks into my shoes. Will not be going back.

Lovely service! I wasn’t sure exactly what design I wanted and the nail artist was really nice about it and designed something I loved. Lovely chit chat with her too, definitely going back!

I waited 20 mins till after my appointment for the service. Both girls were lovely and very friendly. No exfoliation with pedicure. I didn’t have flip flops with me but was told the pedicure was dry. It’s completely smudged and a mess and all over my socks. There was no top coat on either nails or feet. They needed me to go because they were busy. waste of my money
