I paid for the service in advance via Treatwell, which was a basic gel removal. They delivered the service then they told me I need to pay double as in their opinion, it was more complex. I didn’t have any option to reject as they already carried out the work. If they told me in advance, I could have gotten a refund and gone somewhere else. I won’t be back, as I don’t like to be taken advantage of.
