Very unprofessional, both of the nail parlour and of Treatwell. I booked an appointment, took some time off from work to attend my session and when I arrived at the venue, the nail parlour was shut down for refurbishment.... Total waste of time and also an inconvenience, as I needed the nails done for an event and I had to look for a last minute alternative somewhere else....
