I go to effortless beauty every month. This time I had first time experience with Wendy because Hana was abroad. Almost no difference! Wendy is friendly, hygienic, thorough and gentle. Exactly like Hana. Happy to know I can get wax any day of the week and don’t have to wait for Monday or Tuesday 🩷

I was expecting regular wax because of it’s price £20. I was blown away! Customer service was one of the best I experienced in Hackney beauty salons. Waxing itself was immaculate. Wendy said the owner of the business trained her in waxing and I must say hands down. I’ve never seen so much attention to detail. She even asked me to check myself and if some hair were left behind I should call her back. I never experienced this before!! I can’t recommend this beauty salon enough!
