I finally found my regular beautician and she’s leaving West Norwood 😭 Hana is definitely worth the journey to Hackney where she has her second location for her business.
I’ve been her customer since September and she introduced me to new world. I never experienced this kind of service. She is also super kind and supportive person. She definitely build relationship with her customers.

I’ve been Hana’s client for more than a year. She is such a lovely, kind and hardworking person. She always reminds me why I prefer supporting small businesses rather than huge salons. Her standard of treatments and customer service are high based on my experience.
I got a spray tan for first time and I love it! I didn’t want to end up orange or too dark and Hana absolutely nailed it.
