Wendy is lovely, but don't give any feedback on your appointment (as encouraged to do so when at the appointment) as you will get abused on social media by the owner. Not very clean/very hot and smelly room and you pay for what you get! Probably fine for easier treatments but won't be returning for a wonky Lash Lift.
Hana is amazing—professional, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what she does. I’m a regular, and her waxing is always spot on. I can’t recommend her enough! xx
