Wendy is lovely, but don't give any feedback on your appointment (as encouraged to do so when at the appointment) as you will get abused on social media by the owner. Not very clean/very hot and smelly room and you pay for what you get! Probably fine for easier treatments but won't be returning for a wonky Lash Lift.
Hana was excellent! Incredibly lovely, knowledgeable and very good at explaining what she was doing - I recommended her to all of my friends already.

Painless, quick and my skin wasn’t sore or irritated. She frequently checked if the wax is right temperature. I felt comfortable as a man.
