The massage was fantastic and I felt much more relaxed when I left. Really helped with my pains. However the booking process was messy - the appointment was initially moved back by 15 minutes, then I received an email asking if I was okay to move it an hour later. When I replied saying I couldn't do that I didn't hear back until an hour before my booking. When i arrived we had been double booked and the other person had to wait half an hour. This isn't the first time this has happened here.
