The session was great when it begun, but towards the end everything was rushed because is was Hannah's lunch time. Approx 30 mins were taken on my legs, and 3 mins on my face. I asked hannah what happens when we do go over in time, she said they miss that area of laser. I've paid over £400 for these sessions and I feel like I was scammed/cheated. The session shouldnt be timed at all. Customers should be given 2 hours each, rather than 1 hour and 10 mins, and another 10 mins to book the next appt

I thought Hannah was very thorough with the laser treatment. As it was our first visit to the Edgbaston clinic (within James Bushell), we arrived a tad late but Hannah was fab and continued with our appointments. Only downside is that there is no waiting room if you arrive for group appointments! There is parking directly outside which is limited to one hour.

Hannah was professional, friendly and thorough. She had attention to detail and took the entirety of the time booked to complete my laser. She ensured she was gentle in sensitive areas and made me feel as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend Hannah and look forward to my next session.
