The room was uncomfortable with no comfort or relaxing ambiance, lots of noise from hair salon staff room. The couch was uncomfortable. Therapist was very nice but I felt she was limited by the facilities. I did not feel that the treatment could be classed as a luxury facial.

Hannah is lovely but her treatments get rushed towards the end as she is very busy constantly having back to back appointments. I feel her stress she needs more flexibility around if she runs over. I do feel otherwise certain treatment areas can get missed or can have less attention on. I have already purchased my package so got to complete my treatments .
