I am heavily pregnant and was running slightly late for my appointment. I was not made to feel at ease over the phone about a situation I couldn't control and was basically told my treatment would be cut short as my therapist had a client straight after me. However on my first visit to Highfield back in October I was telephoned about half an hour before my appointment time by Highfield staff to be asked if I could turn up 15 minutes late as the therapist was running late with a previous client. Seems like a double standard to me! I do feel like the facial was slightly shorter than the first time, hence only 4 stars rather than 5.
