I arrived early for my appointment and was able to wait in the relaxation room with water and magazines and unwind a little before my treatment. The treatment room was large,clean and warm and the treatment bed was heated which felt really nice. The right ambience was set throughout the clinic with dimmed lighting and ambient music. My therapist gave me a very hard and thorough back massage which is what I asked for and although she wasn't able to completely get rid of the tension and knots, I felt that she really tried hard to get rid of them using appropriate pressure and hot stones. She recommended I could use another session as I do have a lot of built up tension, and I would like to go back and have another session of the same. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
