The therapist was great! Answered all my questions beforehand as it was my first time having microneedling, explained step by step what she would doing next. Then I had probably the best massage of my life (neck and head). At the end my skin looked great and I felt rejuvenated.

I enjoyed my first visit to the Highfield, however found that it lacked in some areas compared to other spas visited. The treatment room didn't seem as if it had been tidied following the previous treatment as there were empty cups etc. on the side. I found that the setting for a massage wasn't ideal, as I would prefer a darker, more relaxing room.
We were interrupted during my treatment by a knock on the door and my therapist has a quick discussion. Although this didn't necessarily bother me, I know people who would consider this as a big 'no-no' during a treatment.
The treatment itself was superb, waiting room very calming and reception helpful and friendly.

The venue was lovely and the receptionist was very professional. However the therapist didn't look at my skin or tell me what she was doing or with which products. This was my first time at the salon and I thought I would have had a bit more introduction to the treatments.

Excellent full exfoliation! Manicure was good but next day nail polish started chipping. Staff was excellent and the ambience is always relaxing and chilled
