although it was just the initial consultation and a patch test and not the actual IPL session i have nothing but great respect for this establishment and the staff.
beth was really amazing - explained everything to me .. what to expect/what not to expect. very friendly. polite and professional.
once my try out period expires i will most certainly return :)
