Went for an underarm waxing, after not attending for a few months. Went into relaxation room to start, where there are usually tea making facilities, however there wasn't any. I don't know if this is because it's no longer on offer or not and I didn't ask, so I must enquire next time I go. Shortly after my therapist attended to me and the treatment was perfection, she was polite, professional, efficient. However, the only not positive comment I have is that I don't k ow who she was; she did not tell me her name, and reception did not tell me who was treating me. All in all, if I was to give a score other than out of 5, it would be 4.5. I will be going back

Lovely staff who make you feel completely comfortable from start to finish. They look after you from the minute you walk in. The ambience is wonderful and calming. Treatment rooms are spotless and warm (even though it is feeezing outside!). An absolute gem.

The place is amazing and so relaxing. Once you get in you hear this really relaxing music and you are great by a really helpful and kind staff. I went a bit early but since they did not have any appointment before me they did not keep me waiting. Overall it was a nice experience and i will be visiting Highfield Wellness & Beauty soon
