Considering this was my first time waxing ever, I had a very pleasant experience. My therapist took really good care of me and was very reassuring. She made sure I was comfortable throughout and she gave me just the right amount of conversation. Even though I was late to my appointmen, I was greeted with friendly smiles and felt welcomed. I would definatley recommend this spa and I will be going back for sure.
