Made a last minute appointment on Sunday 24th, the lady that was at reception and did my wax was lovely! Unfortunately I can’t remember her name but she was from Durham and had recently moved to Birmingham. She did a great job, and the wax was the least painful I have ever had! Really impressed with the service. My only comment on the spa facilities is that the toilets were a bit sub par and didn’t match the elegant decor of the rest of the spa. Overall great experience!
