I did not enjoy my treatment with ‘Mez’
She kept repeating that I should have booked in for a high bikini wax instead and that I had booked the incorrect one (despite having the exact same treatment prior) she repeated on 3 separate occasions that she has no gaps after each of her customers...& that she will get in trouble for going over... I paid for 3 treatments which was supposed to take 60mins and she finished in 40mins so I am not sure what she was waffling on about! I also thought it was rude that she started clearing the room up whilst I was getting dressed as opposed to allowing me to get dressed in private!
Furthermore I did not like her comments about the ‘darker skin’
I will not be spending my money or time going back there!
