Mow is my go to waxing place in Birmingham. They are nice, efficient, and relatively painless. I've only had hollywood waxing, but definitely interested in pursuing some other treatments

Nice place and nice staff. But I personally feel disappointed about the quality. Should consider to change their products and expand their color range. The contacted me to change the time of my appointment and when I got there I had to wait for 30 min.

Very relaxing reflexology. One of the best reflexology treatments I've ever had as it incorporated more massage than is usually included. I would recommend it. The only thing missing was the feedback you usually get after reflexology re what the therapist found in terms of different body systems.
