Really enjoyed my body exfoliation treatment, as well as the pamper package of massage, facial, and pedicure. Both therapists I met on the day were very professional, the place was kept very clean and had a good ambience, and the therapies were exactly right. They were able to fit me in at short notice and were helpful on the phone when I needed to amend my booking. The therapists were both very helpful in providing advice on skincare regimes. My only complaint is that the massage was too hard; I feel a bit silly complaining because I should have spoken up and asked her to go lighter, but similarly it would have been helpful if she'd checked in with me to see how firm she should be. Nonetheless, I will definitely be going here again!

This is my 2nd time having my pedicure in this establishment. Again, they exceeded my expectation. Therapist is brilliant and friendly. Highly recommended.

A little disappointing this time. I loved it last time. I had a different technician and it was a little sloppy. The nails were not painted very well and it didn't last at all! With regards to the pedicure, it was ok, nothing special. It's such a shame because the first time I went there it was amazing.

I had a Thalgo anti-pollution facial and have no hesitation in awarding it five stars. The salon is situated in a quiet part of Edgbaston and you can park outside. It's lovely and clean with a relaxing atmosphere. I really enjoyed my facial and my skin looks amazing. I will definitely book again.
