First, they are very nice and friendly. They know how to make you feel at home. And the wax... it's amazing, and almost painless!

Unfortunately I was ushered out before my manicure had dried. Predictably, by the time I'd got to the car I had scraped two nails and ended up taking it all off by the end of the day. Shame really as the therapist seemed like a nice girl. Just needed to check my nails were dry before sending me on my way.

Had a great experience at Highfield. Staff were friendly, chatty and nice. Very pleased with the treatment and will be visiting again. Gorgeous old house and treatment rooms very spacious and nice. Too marks!!
