This was the first time that I had been to The Highfield for a pedicure, the therapist was running behind schedule but came and explained this to me and apologised. I can honestly say that it was the best pedicure I have ever had, thank you.

I've been to Highfield a few times now for the prescriptive Dermalogica facial (1 hr) - always a lovely experience regardless of which therapist does it- think I've had three different ones, of the times I've been. All very professional but friendly - I like how they give really good skincare advice without the pressure of pushing products onto you to buy (although I often end up buying something just because they're good brands and have been effective in my skin!). Great results from the facial, my skin always comes out feeling refreshed and the head and scalp massage included is so relaxing! Thanks, would definitely recommend.
