A great find in Edgbaston. A very well set up building, excellent faculties: especially nice to have such a relaxing waiting room. Staff were very kind, they managed to fit us in last minute which was great. Treatment was professional and to a high standard. I think I'll be a regular here from now on!

The venue was clean and the staff friendly but surprised the Hollywood wax was carried out using strips. The waxer carried out the treatment quickly and efficiently but as expected the strips had taken some skin in the process which meant I was uncomfortable for a few days.

I enjoyed my treatment I think the beautician was very welcoming & made at ease before my treatment .I would recommend the venue but its slightly out of city.
