Beautiful facilities, staff really friendly and polite. Excellent massage, really relaxing and got rid of all my aches. Had eyebrows waxed as the woman who does threading was on holiday, but really pleased with the shape.

The pedicure itself was good - the lady who did my treatment was very friendly. However, I had an issue when trying to book through Treatwell as I was double booked and found the staff at the spa unapologetic and unwilling to resolve. After a few phone calls the issue was resolved through Treatwell.

Waxing is always a painful experience but Highfield Wellness and Beauty Salon always somehow manage to make the experience as relaxing as possible - from the ambiance in the Relaxation Lounge, to the soothing music and the most comfortable beds. Definitely recommend this Salon to everyone!

More than happy with my treatments, even though the appointment ran late, my treatments weren't cut short. Melissa was pleasant, helpful and easy to talk to. The massage and facial she gave were the best I have ever had.
I will definitely be returning for more 5 star service :)
